A fully supported catered experience by our expert team. Our trained team of catering staff will be on hand to provide exceptional service from start to finish for your conference, meeting or event, from the set up of your catering, assistance with the service of food and drink throughout the duration required and to clear every thing away at the end of service.

Our services include:

→ Selecting a Suitable Event Space:

Advising on room layouts/floorplans, furniture hire

→ Catering:

In house catering team with 2 consecutive years of AA rosette standard. Choose from simple refreshments, to light lunches, finger buffets or a sumptuous banquet.

→ AV equipment/tech support:

Meeting owls for hybrid meetings, flat screen TV’s lapel, handheld and lectern microphones. Support with live streaming/recording

→ Accommodation:

Competitive B&B rates outside of term time for conference attendees

→ Cleaning, Electrics & Car Parking

→ Security:

We can provide a dedicated security guard or team for peace of mind for large, high profile or out of hours events

→ External Suppliers:

From hiring poster boards to arranging coach hire, we are here to offer support.
